Cozy Up and Brainstorm!

It's safe to say that winter has finally arrived in our area; so where are the people? Hopefully, entrepreneurs are discussing goals and aspirations with a friend, or in our case their support staff. The cold weather is the best time to get to know your customers in my opinion. When else are people willing to embrace a warm cuppa something and chat? January is the typical time for goal setting and even though goals may not be written down specifically (which they should be) almost everyone is thinking of the year ahead and how they envision their success.

Offering administrative assistance is awesome! Where else would you be able to offer a small business support for the whole year by providing a schematic of events and the pieces required to reach each success point? Not only am I honoured by the trust level my clients have with me but to participate in their vision is so energizing! Some would call it the power of "we" instead of the power of "me". Incredible.

So, get out there! Even if you're businesses don't have synergies, offer to brainstorm with an associate on their goals and how they can get there. Think in terms of your contribution to someone else's success and feel the reward of watching them grow.
